Missy Lavender is the founder and CEO of Renalis, a Cleveland-based digital health company developing a platform of prescribed digital therapeutics (PDT) for pelvic health disorders. She is an internationally recognized author, speaker, innovator and champion for patient-centered care in pelvic health. Since 2004, Lavender has partnered extensively with academic partners across the country to design evidence-based, community-run programs (Total Control™) for persons assigned female at birth from seniors to adolescents. She is a member of the National Council for the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), as well as the sole community member of PLUS, an NIDDK funded consortium developing prevention initiatives in bladder health.

Ms. Lavender is the mother of two amazing, emerging adults, as well as an avid hiker, cyclist, runner and yogi. She currently lives in Los Angeles and works in Cleveland. In the summer you will find her on the lake path in Fontana, WI with her Portuguese Water Dog, Libby.
